Blake Lively calls Ryan Reynolds her ‘best friend’

Blake Lively loves husband Ryan Reynolds the way soulmates truly do.

The actress opened up about her marriage while appearing on WWD’s The Beauty of Tomorrow podcast, where she discussed launching her haircare brand, Blake Brown. 

When asked if she turns to Reynolds for business advice, Lively didn’t hesitate.

“We really are partners in everything just because we’re best friends,” she said, adding that their conversations range from major creative decisions to everyday details. “Nothing I do is without him.”

Lively described the couple as naturally collaborative, explaining that they become deeply invested in whatever they’re building — whether it’s a brand, a project, or their family life. 

The Deadpool star has even served as a hands-on tester for her products, from fragrances to hair formulas.

The pair, who met while co-starring in Green Lantern, married in 2012 and share four children. 

Lively said her family’s influence is present in all of her work, even if it’s not always visible to the public.

“Everything I do, I can see them all over it,” she said, adding, “From my husband to my children — they’re part of everything.”
