The Academy Award-winning actor Kevin Spacey has reached a confidential settlement with three men who filed civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault.

The 66-year-old was due to face a trial in London later this year regarding claims dating between 2003 and 2013.

However, a United Kingdom judge recently ordered that the proceedings be stayed. “By consent, it is ordered that all further proceedings against the defendant in these actions be stayed upon the terms set out in this order and in the confidential schedule,” the judge confirmed.

The allegations included a claim from an individual who met Spacey at a theatre workshop and another involving an incident at a party.

Although Spacey consistently denied the accusations, the specific financial or legal terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.

This development follows a period of intense legal scrutiny for the actor, who was previously cleared of separate sexual assault claims in London in 2023 and found not liable in a 2017 New York case.

Following his dismissal from the Netflix series House of Cards, Spacey has sought to rebuild his career through independent projects. The actor has appeared in The Man Who Drew God and Peter Five Eight, with the thriller The Awakening currently forthcoming.

He also recently featured in the Italian comedy series Minimarket, which premiered in December 2025. In a November 2025 interview, Spacey noted he had “no home," later clarifying he was not “homeless in the colloquial sense” but was travelling for work.
