Paige DeSorbo, Hannah Berner back Ciara Miller after 'Summer House' betrayal
Paige DeSorbo and Hannah Berner are showing support for former 'Summer House' co-star
Paige DeSorbo and Hannah Berner are showing their support for their former "Summer House" co-star Ciara Miller after Amanda Batula confirmed her secret romance with Miller's ex, West Wilson.
"Of course, we're aware. We see the internet and know what's happening," DeSorbo, 33, mentioned during Friday’s episode of her and Berner’s “Giggly Squad” podcast.
"Ciara is truly our friend in real life. So we have been in touch with her, comforting her. We stand with her fully. We would never profit from our friend's heartache."
Berner, 34, added, "We love you Ciara, as the single female guest we've had on ‘Giggly Squad’ apart from a couple of cat psychics."
The news follows revelations that Miller, 30, and Wilson, 31 — who had dated in 2023 — had “hooked up” weeks before his and Batula's revelation.
The former couple reconnected "about three to four weeks ago" after he "showed interest" in her, an insider told Us Weekly on Friday.
"Ciara was unaware of Amanda, though," the insider mentioned. "No one knew."
Wilson and Batula, 34, revealed their private relationship via their Instagram Stories on Tuesday following fan speculations.
"We've been there for one another as friends throughout the years, amid all the ups and downs, and what has evolved recently was the least anticipated by either of us," the Bravolebrities shared in a joint statement.
"Our connection stemmed from a genuine, enduring friendship, making it crucial for us to handle this with care," the duo added. "As our feelings changed, we needed time to grasp the depth of what we were experiencing."
The couple emphasised they "never intended [their] actions to cause harm or come off as heedless," while acknowledging the "impact" their actions may have.
On Friday, it was disclosed that Miller and Wilson had “hooked up” days preceding his and Batula's revelation.
The announcement took many by surprise — including their "Summer House" castmates who were reportedly “upset” and “let down” by the disclosure.
Nonetheless, sources affirmed that Miller was already aware of her friend’s deception with her ex prior to them declaring their relationship.
