Jennifer Lopez shocks fans with first-ever Coachella performance at 2026 festival
The surprise set came ahead of Justin Bieber’s headline performance
Jennifer Lopez made a surprise Coachella debut, thrilling fans with an unexpected appearance during David Guetta’s set at the 2026 festival in Indio, California.
The 56-year-old global superstar took the Quasar Stage on Saturday night, joining the French DJ to perform their new collaboration, Save Me Tonight, which was released last month.
Guetta introduced Lopez as a “friend” before she dramatically appeared on stage, marking her first-ever performance at the iconic festival despite a career spanning more than two decades.
Lopez stunned the crowd in a skintight The Blonds bodysuit, paired with a shimmering silver ensemble, an aquamarine Julien Macdonald feather jacket, and Dolce & Ray-Ban sunglasses.
She immediately commanded attention, flashing a playful grin before tossing her sunglasses into the audience, where a lucky fan caught them.
The energy peaked as Lopez ripped off her feathered jacket mid-performance, swinging it before throwing it aside, while the crowd erupted in cheers.
Guetta shouted, “Make some noise for J.Lo!” as she ran over to embrace him at the DJ booth.
Her surprise set came shortly before Justin Bieber was set to headline the main stage later that night.
The appearance also followed Lopez’s recent Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, which wrapped on March 28.
