Rihanna has added a deeply personal piece to her growing tattoo collection, a large, scribbled design created by her children.

The 38-year-old music and beauty mogul recently visited celebrity tattoo artist Keith McCurdy, known as Bang Bang, to get new ink inspired by artwork made by her kids, according to an Instagram post shared by the artist on Friday, May 8.

The tattoo, placed on Rihanna’s lower leg behind her knee, replicates a colorful drawing originally created by her children using markers and decorated with playful stickers, including designs resembling characters from Paw Patrol. Bang Bang described the piece as being “designed by her babies.”

Rihanna shares three children with partner A$AP Rocky — sons RZA and Riot, and daughter Rocki, who was born in September 2025.

The new tattoo adds to her long-standing collaboration with Bang Bang, who has inked several of her previous body art pieces over the past decade.

In his post, Bang Bang reflected on their creative partnership, noting their years of collaboration and friendship as he shared close-up images of the new design.

Most recently, the couple attended the 2026 Met Gala, arriving in signature style after previously announcing Rocki’s pregnancy at the same event the year prior.

Rihanna wore a sculptural Maison Margiela gown, while A$AP Rocky opted for a pastel Chanel look that subtly referenced fatherhood.

The pair have frequently balanced major public appearances with their private life as parents, often drawing attention for their coordinated red carpet moments.
