Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a legal challenge, as he was sued by the record producer for alleged sexual assault charges.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for the Coming Home singer took the matter to the court as he filed a lawsuit in New York federal court on Monday.

In the litigation, the former producer claimed that for over a year, Combs allegedly subjected him to sexual harassment, drugging, and intimidation.

As per the legal documents acquired by PEOPLE, Jones created nine songs featuring Combs' latest Love album from September 2022 to November 2023.

The music producer asserted that while collaborating with him on the projec he resided with Combs in many cities across the U.S. and during this period he “witnessed, experienced, and endured many things that went far beyond his role as a producer on the Love album.”

In the court document, it is stated, “As a result, Mr. Jones has secured HUNDREDS of hours of footage and audio recordings of Mr. Combs, his staff, and his guests engaging in serious illegal activity.”

“Throughout his time living with Mr. Combs, Mr. Jones was the victim of constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus by Mr. Combs,” Jones’ lawsuit added.

He also made allegations of as mentioned the instance of being drugged and physically assaulted while unconscious.

Regardless, Comb’s attorney, Shawn Holley, refuted all the allegations and labelled Lil Rod as “nothing more than a liar” who filed the $30 million lawsuit “shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday.”

Earlier in November 2023, Sean “Diddy” Comb's ex-girlfriend Cassie whose formal name is Casandra Ventura, accused him of assault and abuse.
