Scooter Braun finally reveals why he ended friendship with Kanye West

Scooter Braun has finally broken his long-held silence on why he cut ties with his rapper friend, Kanye West.

The 44-year-old businessman and investor has revealed the reason on ending friendship with the 48-year-old rapper, after once sharing a close bond.

For the unversed, Braun and West began working in 2016 before ending their work bond in 2018.

While appearing on an episode of the Question Everything podcast with Danielle Robay, the music producer stated that he has parted ways with the Graduation rapper after his alleged anti-Semitic remarks.

"I don’t know him anymore, I think the person that I knew wasn’t someone who says those things," Braun shared.

He added, "I think sometimes the hardest thing to do about someone you care about is mourn them while they are still here."

Braun also disclosed that the major reason for cutting ties with the Bully hitmaker was his cold behavior toward him, especially on social media.

It is worth noting that Scooter Braun, who have previously worked with Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber, announced his retirement from work last year.
