Jennifer Lopez ‘shocked’ to find no mention of her in ex-fiance’s docuseries

Jennifer Lopez is said to be unhappy after discovering she was ‘erased’ in Alex Rodriguez’s new docuseries Alex vs A-Rod, according to Closer.

Fans had expected some reference to their time together, especially since the former couple’s relationship was a major part of Rodriguez’s life during those years.

Lopez and Rodriguez began dating in 2017 and got engaged in 2019 before calling it quits in 2021. A source told the outlet that Lopez believed she would be included in the series in some way and had been “bracing to be in that documentary.”

The insider said the lack of acknowledgment felt “shocking” and “embarrassing” for her.

The source also claimed Lopez considered the omission a deliberate move, saying, “The fact he’s effectively erased her existence and chosen to totally remove her out of his life story is highly insulting and triggering.”

The report noted past speculation surrounding Rodriguez and ‘Southern Charm’ star Madison LaCroy, who has always said nothing physical happened.

According to the insider, those unresolved issues still linger for Lopez, who reportedly feels Rodriguez “owes her plenty of apologies for what went down between them.”
