Hugh Jackman stirs up buzz with frozen custard treat ahead of ‘Song Sung Blue’ release
Hugh Jackman's upcoming film 'Song Sung Blue’ is set to hit theaters in December 2025
Hugh Jackman surprised his fans when it was announced that the actor will make a sweet appearance in a Greenfield city, promoting his upcoming film, Song Sung Blue.
According to WISN, the Oscar nominee will serve a scoop of a frozen custard, named after his upcoming movie, in the city.
The sweet treat is a blueberry custard with cream cheese, blueberry ribbons, pastry pieces and streusel crumbles.
On December 2, the Logan star will join forces with the film's writer and director Craig Brewer to hand out Song Sung Blueberry frozen custard at Kopp's, starting at 2:30 p.m.
Moreover, the first 500 people in line will get to try it for free and the flavour will be available at all three Kopp's locations on December 2.
The 57-year-old actor's visit is in celebration of the hometown release of Song Sung Blue, a film based on the Neil Diamond tribute band Lightning and Thunder from Milwaukee.
Jackman plays Mike Sardina, alongside Kate Hudson as his wife and bandmate, Claire Sardina.
The event promises to be a fun filled afternoon with Hugh Jackman and Craig Brewer also attending an invitation only screening of the film at the Oriental Theatre on December 2.
Song Sung Blue hits theaters nationwide on December 25, 2025.
