Lili Reinhart reveals failed attempt to get 'Summer I Turned Pretty' tea from Lola Tung

Lili Reinhart got candid about her failed attempt to get insider details on The Summer I Turned Pretty from Lola Tung.

The 29-year-old Riverdale alum reminisced about filming the horror film Forbidden Fruits with Lola, earlier this year, before The Summer I Turned Pretty finale aired. She couldn’t resist asking the burning question from the 23-year-old actress, who played Belly in the series adaptation of Jenny Han’s novel, about who her character ended up with: Conrad (Chris Brinely) or Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno)?

But luck wasn't by her side as Lola remained tight-lipped about her character’s fate.

On n Tuesday, November 25, 2025, during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, she admitted, "I asked her who she ends up with and she did not tell me."

"She was very secretive about it, which was fine,"Lili told the 51-year-old host.

“I was like, ‘I have no stake in this game, you can tell me.’ She’s like, ‘I’m not allowed to tell you.’”

Even though the Look Both Ways actress was unsuccessful to get any information or spoilers out of Lola, Lili couldn’t help but praise her co-star.

“She’s so wonderful, she’s fantastic,” she said. "I felt very protective of her. She’s the sweetest person."
