Pete Davidson shares insights into baby name choices with pregnant girlfriend

Pete Davidson recently offered rare glimpses into his preparations for fatherhood with his pregnant girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt.

In a conversation with PEOPLE, while shooting eBay's “Built to Spec” series, the 32-year-old comedian revealed that he and the 29-year-old model plan to give their baby a traditional name.

Davidson shared that he is “just excited to meet this little thing," and emphasized that their baby's name will not be a "weird Hollywood" one.

“For a while, we were like, should we do that weird Hollywood thing where it's like a color or something? And then I think we're more into the Staten Island normal,” he told the publication.

"Mikey, Johnny, Tommy, Mark or Amy, Bridget, Maggie sort of route, because that's missing, I miss that. Remember when you were growing up, you knew like seven Franks?” the Saturday Night Live alum quipped.

Davidson also added, “We were thinking the middle name could be a little fun.”

It is worth noting that Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt, who made their romance public in March 2025, announced that they are expecting their first child in a joint Instagram post on July 16.
