Dakota Mortensen's outcome on 'Vanderpump Villa' unveiled after Taylor Frankie Paul investigation
Dakota Mortensen is set to be absent from Season 3 of 'Vanderpump Villa'
Dakota Mortensen is set to be absent from Season 3 of “Vanderpump Villa” following his domestic violence accusations involving his former partner Taylor Frankie Paul.
The storyline involving the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” figure will be removed from the reality show — which will debut on April 16 — according to Variety's report on Friday.
“Vanderpump Villa” showcases the staff chosen by Lisa Vanderpump as they reside together in Europe for the summer.
During last fall’s filming at the estate in England, the staff attended to various guest groups — including Mortensen and his “DadTok” crew: Jordan Ngatikaura, Chase McWhorter, Mason McWhorter, Zac Affleck, and Jacob Neeley.
The revelation that Mortensen had an encounter with a female staff member at the estate made headlines during Season 4 of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.”
Utah law enforcement is presently examining a third case of domestic violence allegations between the social media personality and his ex, Paul.
A representative of the department informed Page Six, “The complaints were filed in late February 2026, and investigators have looked into footage believed to date from early to mid-2024,” as the statement outlined.
“Officers are actively collecting and validating details and are interviewing involved parties. Currently, no charges have been filed, and the investigation continues.”
Mortensen’s associate reported to authorities that the influencer experienced domestic violence from his former girlfriend, with whom he had an intermittent relationship from 2022 to 2024.
Mortensen then claimed to the police that there were "two instances of aggressive behavior," such as grabbing, scratching, pushing, and hitting, as stated in the report.
He proceeded to request a restraining order against Paul, alleging she restrained him the previous month in front of their young son, Ever. He has now acquired temporary custody of the toddler.
This situation has also put a pause on the filming of Season 5 of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.”
Nonetheless, Paul and Mortensen have encountered numerous domestic disturbances.
A troubling video from 2023 surfaced this month, revealing Paul aggressively engaging Mortensen — while her older child, Indy from another relationship, was present — which was released online.
In the clip, the mother of three attempted to kick her former partner and threw metal stools at him.
After the video came out, ABC also decided to cancel Paul’s season of “The Bachelorette” — a mere three days before its planned March 22 debut.
Paul's representative commented in a statement at the time that the video “lacks context” and cited Mortensen’s “persistent, desperate, harmful attempts to damage Taylor disregarding their child’s welfare.”
