Prince Harry’s silent struggle: How Meghan Markle is coping with his battle against baldness
Inside Prince Harry's private struggle with hair loss

Prince Harry may have once been known for his fiery red locks, but recent photos from Montecito reveal his crown noticeably thinning, a reminder that even royals aren’t immune to male-pattern baldness.
According to RadarOnline, the Duke of Sussex has reportedly turned to a mix of finasteride and minoxidil in an effort to preserve what remains.
“He’s very self-conscious about his hair,” an insider revealed, adding, “Friends say there’s been little intimacy between him and Meghan for a long time — they live more like colleagues or co-parents than a couple. He’s become obsessed with keeping what’s left, even if the meds mess with his hormones.”
The source added, “He joked about not wanting to go bald like William, but now the joke’s on him.”
Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Asim Shahmalak reportedly said, “Most of his hair loss is around the crown. Treatments can delay the process, but they can’t stop it entirely.”
Experts warn that while finasteride and minoxidil can be effective, they come with side effects like depression and impotence.
