Britney shares cryptic note on ‘Suffering’

Britney Spears shared a post that reflected a cryptic message for her fans and followers.

The pop icon took to her Instagram and shared a video of herself dancing in a leopard-print bodysuit and black heels to Adele’s Send My Love To Your New Lover.

“Reflecting is good for the soul,” Spears wrote. “Sometimes when hard things happen, good things come from it and we learn.”

She went on to describe the complicated process of navigating pain, adding: “Sadness and darkness survive to make an understanding of losing someone… through suffering and ugliness and sacrifice, rare and beautiful things can be manifested.”

Her post also shifted abruptly to lighter territory, joking about her Thanksgiving indulgences: “I cheated… but it felt so damn good… forgive me father.”

This latest video comes just weeks after Spears was photographed leaving a wine bar with a champagne in her hand, an outing her team insisted involved no alcohol.

Afterward, she criticized paparazzi for taking what she called the “worst photos” of her, saying she “can’t go anywhere” without feeling harassed.

Sources close to the Criminal singer have expressed ongoing concern, telling outlets that she has been avoiding help and living in increasingly unstable conditions.
