Hilary Duff rewrites the ‘Naughty and Nice’ rules in playful new ad
The actress and singer stars in a new ad campaign
Hilary Duff is leaning into holiday nostalgia with a caffeinated twist.
The actress and singer stars in a new Dunkin’ campaign that puts a modern spin on the classic “naughty and nice” list, spotlighting the brand’s festive Munchkin flavors: Holiday Sprinkle and Salted Dark Chocolate.
The video, shared on Instagram on December 15, pairs Duff’s signature charm with talking treats that help her weigh her seasonal choices.
“Hosting for the holiday season is always so chaotic. I need a little naughty to balance out the nice,” Duff says at the start of the ad, setting the tone for a tongue-in-cheek rundown of her behavior.
From optimistic “I’ll be there in five” texts to secretly keeping Munchkins for herself, Duff playfully blurs the line between good and mischievous.
One “nice” highlight lands squarely with longtime fans: “Making every millennial’s dream come true when I announce new music,” she says, nodding to her upcoming album luck…or something, her first full-length release in over a decade.
The spot closes with a knowing throwback to Duff’s 2003 hit, Naughty & Nice. “Being all naughty or all nice?” she quips. “That’s so yesterday.”
