Dave Bautista and Jason Momoa team up for action comedy ‘The Wrecking Crew’
The 'Wrecking Crew' is set to premiere on Prime Video on January 28
Amazon MGM Studios has unveiled the first look at The Wrecking Crew, the upcoming action comedy starring Dave Bautista and Jason Momoa.
The images mark the first time the MCU and DCU alumni will lead a film together, having previously shared the screen on Apple TV’s See and the first two Dune films, reports Collider.
Directed by Angel Manuel Soto, the film follows estranged half-brothers Jonny (Momoa) and James (Bautista) as they reunite after their father’s death.
Jonny is a loose-cannon cop who bends the rules, while James is a disciplined Navy SEAL, creating an interesting buddy-cop dynamic. The brothers must navigate their differences while uncovering the mystery behind their father’s passing.
The Wrecking Crew is set to premiere on Prime Video on January 28.
