Following a twisted web of successive reports, sources are now detailing the reasons behind Brooklyn Beckham’s latest decision to block his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, on Instagram.

It was previously discovered on December 20 that the couple had unfollowed their eldest, Brooklyn, on social media, with the 26-year-old aspiring chef not following them either.

However, his younger brother Cruz Beckham went on to claim on his Instagram stories that their parents “woke up blocked” by Brooklyn, clarifying any ill intentions from their side.

The Daily Mail has now cited a source to reveal that the eldest Beckham heir’s decision to block David and Victoria came out of a need to make them “back off and leave” him and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, “alone for now.”

It was further implied that the famous clan’s family posts on social media without Brooklyn and his wife were proving to be “upsetting and anxiety-inducing” for the younger couple, with them feeling like they “just want to be left alone” at the moment.

Brooklyn Beckham’s rift with his parents is reportedly due to tensions between them and his wife, while his absence at David Beckham’s 50th birthday bash earlier this year further opened things up for endless speculation ever since.
