NE-YO makes shocking confession on three girlfriends

NE-YO has opened up about how his polyamorous relationship works and why honesty is the foundation of it all.

Appearing on Sherri on January 14, the Grammy winner said he committed to radical transparency after his highly public divorce in 2023. 

“I decided I was never going to tell another lie to a woman ever again,” he explained, noting that accountability changed how he approaches love.

The singer, who is dating Arielle Hill, Cristina and Moneii, stressed that he doesn’t view his setup as separate romances. 

“I’m not in three relationships,” he said, adding, “I’m in one relationship with three people.” Each partner gets individual time, he added, while shared time remains equally important.

When host Sherri Shepherd suggested that managing three relationships sounds like extra work, especially when it comes to thoughtful gestures and holidays, NE-YO smiled and cracked an iconic line.

“I’ve never been afraid of hard work,” he said, noting that love, when done honestly, requires effort no matter the structure.
