Sarah Jane Ramos opens up on life after calling off wedding with Dak Prescott
The couple, who share daughters Margaret Jane Rose and Aurora Rayne, remain committed to co-parenting
Sarah Jane Ramos is reflecting on personal growth just weeks after her engagement to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott came to an end.
On Tuesday, Ramos, mother to daughters Margaret Jane Rose, 2, and Aurora Rayne, 9 months, shared a gym mirror selfie on her Instagram Stories with a friend, writing, “Growth in all forms” alongside flexed arm and prayer hand emojis.
In the post, Ramos wore a black sweatshirt over forest green leggings, while both women struck matching pursed-lip poses.
The post comes roughly two weeks after People confirmed that Ramos and Prescott ended their engagement five weeks before their planned wedding in Italy.
A representative for Ramos said at the time that the split was mutual and not the result of any major conflict.
“There wasn’t any rockiness in the lead up, and there was no big argument or blow up. It was a mutual decision,” the rep told People exclusively.
“They love their girls, and they’re committed to raising their children together in the most loving and positive way,” the representative added.
“It’s still shocking for them since this happened so recently, and they ask for privacy while they sort everything out.”
Following the news of the split, Ramos addressed rumors suggesting a disagreement over a pre-nuptial agreement.
Commenting on an Instagram Reel posted on March 9, which debated prenups in the context of her breakup, Ramos clarified, “This had nothing to do with a prenup. I hope we can put that rumor to rest now.”
The wine specialist’s recent post highlights a period of personal reflection as she continues to navigate life as a single mother while remaining focused on her children and her own growth.
