Autumn Kelly advances with Irish partner as Princess Anne’s son announces wedding
Autumn Kelly was recently spotted with her new partner just ahead of Phillips' wedding announcement
Autumn Kelly, who once married Princess Anne's son, Peter Phillips, was seen in official photos with her new boyfriend just before her former spouse revealed his upcoming wedding plans.
The son of the late Queen Elizabeth II's eldest grandchild, Mr. Phillips, announced he is set to wed NHS nurse Harriet Sperling this summer.
This news arrives five years after he and Ms. Kelly completed their divorce, with the pair sharing two daughters, Savannah, now 15, and Isla, 14.
Their wedding took place in 2008 at St George's Chapel, Windsor, attended by many senior royals, including the late Queen Elizabeth II as well as Prince Philip.
The couple's marriage dissolution, announced in February 2020, was finalised in 2021 after 12 years together.
Their statement at the time stressed that their children's welfare was their foremost priority.
The former partners reportedly maintain a supportive relationship while co-parenting their daughters.
Ms. Kelly has since started a romantic journey with Irish property developer Donal Mulryan.
The couple was spotted at the Cheltenham Festival on March 13, coinciding with Mr. Phillips and his future wife's appearance.
Furthermore, Mr. Phillips's younger sibling, Zara Tindall, also attended that day with her husband, Mike Tindall.
Princess Anne's son and his fiancée have chosen Saturday, June 6, for their wedding at All Saints Church in Kemble, Gloucestershire, near Cirencester.
The event will be intimate, with more details to be unveiled in the upcoming weeks.
Their romantic involvement began around two years back, with the relationship blossoming away from the limelight.
Their engagement was disclosed publicly in August last year, marking a significant milestone for Mr. Phillips after his separation.
Ms. Sperling is a nurse in the National Health Service, although the couple has mostly kept their relationship details out of the public eye.
Both families have now been informed of the summer wedding day through official invites, underscoring its significance to those nearest to the couple.
The King and Queen, along with the Prince and Princess of Wales, have been informed about the upcoming wedding.
