Ana de Armas, born on April 30, 1988 is a Cuban- Spanish actress, who has a complex family history.

She was born to Ramón and Ana Caso, who belonged to the educational field; while her older brother Javier is a talented photographer.

The diva kickstarted her career in Cuba with her first role in the romantic drama Uno Rosa de Francia.

She also landed a leading role in her first American movie named Knock Knock back in 2015 followed by other major hits like Exposed, Hands of Stone and War Dogs.

At the age of 18, she moved to Madrid, Spain and starred in the popular drama El Internado.

However, during her childhood and adolescence years, the 37-year-old famed actress had no access to the internet and a lack knowledge about popular culture beyond Cuba.
