You won't believe what ‘Stranger Things’ cast is making
Stranger Things actors' mind-blowing salaries have been revealed, and you’ll be shocked to know how much season 5’s cast is getting paid.
Premiering on Netflix with Volume 1 on November 26, the science fictional mystery drama's season 5 will pick up in the fall of 1987.
Since first season, which premiered in 2016, many actors have received a massive increase from their initial season’s salaries, with some cast members seeing 40 times more hike.
Here’s list of cast members and their mind-blowing salaries:
Millie Bobby Brown
The Damsel actress, who plays Eleven in the show, has seen a significant rise in her per-episode paycheck.
When she started out on the show, she was earning $20,000 per episode, as per Boss Hunting.
Now, the 21-year-old actress is now earning up to $300,000, possibly even more.
In addition, Brown has a deal with Netflix, which means she will earn around $18 million for the final season, a 150 times increase from season 1.
David Harbour
According to The Direct, Harbour, who plays a cop named James Hopper in the series, earned 9.5 million across the eight-episode fifth season.
Winona Ryder
Just like Harbour, Rider, who plays Will’s mother Joyce Byers in the series, is also making around 9.5 million across the eight-episode fifth season.
Interestingly, the duo made around 2.8 million for Stranger Things Season 3, in short; both actors are getting much more for Season 5.
Finn Wolfhard
Wolfhard, who plays Mike Wheeler on the show, is said to be making somewhere around $375,000 per episode, according to Boss Hunting.
Just like Brown, he was said to be earning $20,000 in the first season.
Noah Schnapp
Schnapp, who plays Bill Byers in the series, has earned over 7 million for his work in the final season.
Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin
Just like Schnapp, Matarazzo and McLaughlin, who play the role of Dustin Henderson and Lucas Sinclair, respectively, are close to earning $875,000 per episode for the final season, according to Business Insider.
Other cast members
Apart from the main cast, Joe Keery, Natalia Dyer, Maya Hawke, and Charlie Heaton, are earning just over $6 million each, around $750,000 per episode.
