The wait is over, the Academy Award winner returns in his dusty black coat and signature red right hand. The Peaky Blinders show which has stayed with audiences for nearly a decade is now heading toward its cinematic phase.

Netflix has officially revealed the most highly anticipated crime thriller movie, titled Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man.

The movie is scheduled for a limited theatrical release on March 6, 2026 and a global Netflix premiere on March 20.

Movie plot

The story follows Thomas Shelby, who has been living in self-imposed exile during the chaos of World War II in 1940 but despite staying away from everything and everyone he is forced to return and face one of the fiercest battles of his life.

Who’s the villain?

Netflix has not confirmed a central antagonist. However, based on casting and tone, the conflict appears to come from a mix of wartime threats and Tommy Shelby’s internal battles.

Performers like Tim Roth and Barry Keoghan are expected to play major opposing forces, though details remain under wraps.
