Sony Pictures UK just dropped the intense new trailer for ‘Mercy’, a futuristic sci-fi thriller led by Chris Pratt and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
The film is set in the near future and follows Pratt as a detective accused of murdering his wife. With only 90 minutes to clear his name, he’s forced to defend himself before an advanced A.I. Judge (played by Rebecca Ferguson) who he once helped bring into the justice system. Now, that same technology could decide his fate.
‘Mercy’ is directed by Timur Bekmambetov and features a strong supporting cast including Kali Reis, Annabelle Wallis, Chris Sullivan, and Kylie Rogers.
The film hits cinemas on January 23.
