Gwyneth Paltrow teases Jacob Elordi: 'My daughter Apple is in love with you'

Gwyneth Paltrow opened up about her daughter Apple’s long-running crush and she said it directly to Jacob Elordi.

In a candid sit-down for Variety & CNN’s Actors on Actors, the Oscar winner revealed the moment she decided to bring it up.

“My children are very jealous. My son looks up to you; my daughter is in love with you,” she told the Frankenstein actor as their conversation began.

The two, who were meeting in person for the series' new season, continued their playful exchange as Paltrow added that she would “probably be in love with him too” by the end of their chat.

Moreover, the Marty Supreme star also talked about how her kids first introduced her to his work.

She admitted she watched Euphoria despite their warnings.

“They cautioned me against watching it,” she said with a laugh, “but I loved your performance.”

Elordi, meanwhile, reflected on the kind of reactions he often hears from fans’ families.

“Well, that’s the thing you always get,” he replied. “Every person says, ‘Oh, my mom loves you. My daughter loves you. My girlfriend loves you.’ It’s never, ‘I love you.’ ”

Paltrow didn’t miss a beat.

“I love you, Jacob,” she responded with a smile a moment that instantly became the highlight of their conversation.
