Kate Middleton celebrates ‘Together at Christmas’ with a style twist
Kate Middleton’s annual Christmas concert takes place at Westminster Abbey
Kate Middleton celebrated her annual festive project, the Together at Christmas concert, on December 5.
However, the Princess of Wales forfeited one of her cardinal style rules for the service this year — opting for a coat dress designed by Catherine Walker and accessorised with a faux-fur collar, the ensemble’s colour was a visible departure from her previous choices for the occasion.
While Kate’s looks at her previous Christmas ceremonies have been from in and around the red and white colour spectrum, her latest choice of a forest green one reflects “a trending color this winter — with the rich shade being particularly popular among the street-style set during fashion month, alongside chocolate brown,” according to Vogue.
The future queen being joined by her family, Prince William and their three children, and the festivities which followed were also promoted by Kensington Palace’s official Instagram page.
“A wonderful evening at Westminster Abbey, welcoming some of the most inspiring people making a difference in the lives of others,” the caption stated.
The ceremony was also attended several by celebrity guests, who also featured as performers and in other roles during it, including Kate Winslet and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
Further joining the annual celebrations were the Middletons — Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, and her brother James Middleton, with only her sister Pippa Middleton skipping the event.
It was reported that Kate Middleton had made her way to Westminster early to greet the guests herself when the arrivals kicked off for the 2025 Together at Christmas.
