Sibling duo Ailbhe (pronounced Alva) and Izzy Keane, who grew up in Galway, Ireland and have set a new benchmark for true friendship  with their Instagram approach.

Ailbhe, who studied at The National College of Art and Design (NCAD), designed a collection of removable wheelchair covers for Izzy, who was born with Spina Bifida and paralysed from her waist down. 

Ailbhe is the founder of Izzy Wheels - a creative enterprise that produces energetic and colourful designs on wheelchairs. 

She revealed she was inspired by her younger sister's journey with her disability aids and founded a company that breaks down barriers, and injects colour and pattern at every opportunity.

After a video gained 13 million views in one week, their colourful brand Izzy wheels became a viral sensation.
