Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, tied the knot with his partner, Oliver Mulherin, in a private ceremony held in Hawaii according to the reports.

Confirmation of the wedding came directly from Altman, who acknowledged the event in a text message to NBC News.

Wedding photos circulating on social media capture the moments of Altman and Mulherin exchanging vows during an intimate gathering attended by their family and friends.

An insider present at the wedding assured Business Insider that the pictures were "not AI generated images."

Altman has maintained a low profile regarding his connection with Mulherin.

The couple resides together in San Francisco and made one of their initial public outings last year at a White House dinner, hosted by the OpenAI CEO.

As per his LinkedIn profile, Mulherin, known as Ollie by Altman, spent two years at Meta and pursued computer science at the University of Melbourne.

Both Altman and Mulherin share a common interest in AI, with Mulherin engaging in AI projects during his tenure at the University of Melbourne and contributing to coding initiatives after graduating in 2018, as detailed in a blog post by the organization's founder.
